Instructions
Heat the ghee in a pan and add semolina and and saute until it changes color and become crisp.
Add hot water into this and stir well for 2 mins until the semolina gets cooked.
Add sugar, cardamom powder and yellow color (mixed in a little water).
Stir well until the kesari doesn`t stick to the pan.
Add fried cashewnuts and kismis.
Pour kesari into a bottom flat bowl and keep aside for 1/2 hour to let it cool.
When it cools, cut it into any shape and refrigerate.
