For preparing the filling:-
1)Cook the chicken with turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp of pepper powder and salt.
Mince the cooked chicken.
Heat oil in a pan.
Add the chopped onion, cabbage and a little salt.
When it changes color, add the chicken and saute.
Add the remaining pepper powder and add chopped coriander leaves.
For outer covering:-
1)Take maida in a bowl and add one egg & salt.
Add required water to make it in a consistancy as of palappam.
After mixing it nicely, take one laddle of the maida mix and make pan cakes in a hot non stick pan like we make dosas.
Make 5 - 6 pan cakes in the same way.
To roll:-
1)Take one pan cake and put a spoon full of filling in the side of the pan cake.
Roll the pan cake and seal it with the egg.
Dip each spring roll in the beaten egg and then cover by bread crumbs.
Deep fry the roll until they are golden brown.
:- Tasty chicken spring roll is ready.
