North Indian Pav Bhaji

Ingredients
  

  • 4 nos Tomato big
  • 4 nos Potato big
  • 1 no Cauliflower small
  • 1 no Capsicum big
  • 1 cup Green peas chopped
  • 2 nos Onion big
  • 1 tsp Ginger-garlic paste
  • 3 tsp Pav bhaji masala
  • 1 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 2 bars Butter

Instructions
 

  • Boil chopped potato, cauliflower and green peas.
  • In a pan, add little butter or oil.
  • Add ginger-garlic paste.
  • Add chopped onions.
  • Add chopped tomatoes and fry for sometime till raw smell goes.
  • Add boiled potatoes, cauliflower and green peas.
  • Press all with potato masher.
  • Add butter sticks.
  • Add pav bhaji masala and red chilli powder.
  • Add salt and water.
  • Allow it to cook for 5 mins
  • Garnish with coriander leaves.
  • :- Serve with hot paav, raw onions and lemon juice.
