Rice Pakoda

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Raw rice powder Ari podi
  • 1 cup Bengal gram powder Kadala Maavu
  • 2 tsp Chilly powder
  • 1/2 tsp Asafoetida Kaayam
  • 1 heaped Black sesame seeds Ellu
  • Salt As reqd
  • Water As reqd
  • Oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients and knead into a soft dough pouring water as and when required.
  • Use a pakoda maker and deep fry in oil.
  • :- Serve with hot tea.
