Instructions
Wash and clean toor dal and pressure cook it with garlic, tomato, green chilies, turmeric powder and red chilly powder.
Heat a kadai and splutter mustard seeds.
Add cumin seeds and dry chillies to it.
Fry chopped onion till it runs to a slight golden color.
Add the cooked dal to this seasoning.
Add salt as required and allow it to boil for a minute.
Add coriander leaves.
