Layer Pudding

Layer pudding with fruits and custard

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tin Milkmaid
  • 1 1/2 ltr Milk
  • Sugar As reqd
  • 1 pack Arrowroot biscuits
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 no Mango cut into small pieces
  • 1/2 of Pineapple cut into small pieces
  • 2 - Sugar
  • 10 mg China grass

Instructions
 

  • Mix pineapple and mango pieces in sugar in a pan and saute it well till it become half dried.
  • Grind the biscuits and mix well with butter.
  • Cut china grass into small pieces and put into lukewarm water till it melts.
  • Heat this mix in the stove.
  • Take milk in a saucepan and heat it.
  • When it boils, add milkmaid and sugar slowly.
  • When this custard boils, add melted chinagrass into it.
  • :- Remember both should have the same temperature.
  • Remove pan from heat and keep it aside.
  • In a pudding tray, add powedered biscuit and make a layer.
  • Add fruits to make a layer.
  • Pour custard slowly and make a layer.
  • Allow to set.
  • Like this make as many layers as possible.
  • When it becomes cold, keep in refrigerator.
