Ingredients
  

  • 400 gm Beef cut into small cubes
  • 1 no Onion diced finely, medium
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • 8 - Garlic cloves
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 3/4 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Meat masala any mallu brand like Eastern, Melam
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 3/4 tsp Pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp Coconut slices cut into thin squares
  • 1 sprig Curry leaves
  • 2 tbsp Oil

Instructions
 

  • For preparing Beef Fry - Simple & Delicious, cook together beef cubes, diced onion, finely chopped or crushed ginger and garlic, turmeric powder and salt in a pressure cooker with minimum water.
  • After opening the pressure cooker, if there is still water turn on the fire till it gets completely dry.
  • In a separate pan, heat the meat masala and coriander powder in low fire for 1 - 2 mins.
  • Add pepper powder to this.
  • Add this masala to the cooked beef and mix well.
  • Heat oil in a kadai.
  • Add the beef and curry leaves. Keep in low fire for 10 mins.
  • Lightly fry the coconut pieces and add it to the prepared beef.
  • Add the curry leaves too. Beef Fry - Simple & Delicious is ready.
