Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Basmati rice
  • 2 tbsp Onion minced
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1 tbsp Ghee
  • 2 cups Water
  • Salt As reqd
  • 1/4 cup Green chillies/Peas/Carrots optional

Instructions
 

  • Heat ghee in a pan and splutter cumin seeds.
  • Saute minced onion until golden brown.
  • Saute veggies if your using them.
  • Saute rice for a few mins.
  • Add water and salt and bring to a boil.
  • Lower heat and cook covered for about 15 mins or until rice is done.
  • Fluff with a fork and garnish with coriander leaves.
