Basmati rice

Onion
minced

Cumin seeds

tbsp
Ghee

Water
Salt
As reqd

Green chillies/Peas/Carrots
optional
Instructions
Heat ghee in a pan and splutter cumin seeds.
Saute minced onion until golden brown.
Saute veggies if your using them.
Saute rice for a few mins.
Add water and salt and bring to a boil.
Lower heat and cook covered for about 15 mins or until rice is done.
Fluff with a fork and garnish with coriander leaves.
