Mix atta with salt followed by 3/4th cup water or milk or milk+water together 3/4thcup.
Mix well to make a stiff dough.
Add 2 drops of oil and knead well for 3 - 4 mins and keep aside for 5 mins.
:- No need to cover.
After 5 mins, you can roll the rotis into thin circular disks.
Meanwhile heat the iron skillet on medium heat.
Once the pan is hot, put the roti on the pan and wait till you notice bubbles on the top of the roti.
Turn the side and wait again till the bubbles come.
Once again turn them and keep pressing with the spattula on the rotis parallely moving the rotis in a circular motion with the spattula on the pan.
Once it puffs up, turn to the other side and repeat.
:- See that it doesn`t get burnt in the process.
Take the roti off tha pan and brush with 2 - 3 drops of ghee and keep it in paper towel.
Repeat the same with other rotis till done and serve hot.
