Ingredients
  

  • 3" piece Ginger
  • 2 tbsp Black pepper powder
  • Tender neem leaves A fistful
  • 1/2 of Bitterguard pieces with out seeds
  • Tulsi leaves A fistful
  • 1 tsp Dry ginger powder
  • 50 gm Crystal sugar Kalkandam
  • 2 tbsp Honey

Instructions
 

  • Take 300 ml of water.
  • Put all the ingredients into it except honey.
  • Boil until the quantity reduced to half.
  • Filter and add honey to the filtrate and take in the early morning, preferably after exercise.
