Cornflakes Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 125 gm Butter
  • 125 gm Allpurpose flour Maida
  • 125 gm Sugar
  • 1 cup Cornflakes
  • 1 no Egg yolk
  • 1 tsp Vanila essence
  • 1/4 tsp Baking powder

Instructions
 

  • Beat butter, sugar and egg yolk together in a bowl.
  • Seive maida and baking powder.
  • Add the seived mixture into the butter mix along with cornflakes and vanilla essence.
  • Knead the mixture into a dough and keep in fridge for 10 - 15 mins.
  • Shape into balls and flatten with a fork.
  • Bake for 15 - 20 mins at 200 degrees.
  • Store in an air tight container.
