Coconut Raita

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Grated coconut
  • 1/4 tsp Mustard seeds
  • 1/4 tsp Black gram Uzhunnuparippu
  • Asafoetida A little for taste, Kayam
  • 1/4 cup Coriander leaves
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Oil
  • 1 cup Curd

Instructions
 

  • Grind the coconut into a fine paste.
  • Heat 1 tsp of oil in a pan.
  • Splutter mustard seeds and balck gram.
  • Add them to the grinded coconut.
  • Add some salt and asafoetida.
  • Add this paste to a cup of curd and mix well.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves.
