Put tamarind in water and extract the juice.
Heat up a pan or a kadai.
Boil the tamarind water.
When it starts to boil, add turmeric powder, mashed green chillies, ginger, jaggery and salt.
Allow it to boil.
:- It`ll take a while.
When it starts to get thick, lower the flame and stir well.
Heat oil in a another pan.
Splutter mustard seeds and saute curry leaves.
Add the above seasoning into the gravy prepared and mix well.Last u can add uluva powder and kayam powder..
