Heat oil in a pan.
Add cumin seeds, black pepper, black gram and Bengal gram and fry them well.
Fry onion, curry leaves, coriander leaves, tomato and dry red pepper, till they turn light brown.
Add grated coconut into this and mix it well.
Grind them along with the rest of the ingredients into a fine paste.
:- Serve with dosa, idli, chappathis.
