Put the kheema, onions, tomatoes, turmeric powder, chilly powder in a pressure cooker with little water and let it cook upto 4 - 5 whistles.
Grind together cumin seeds, ginger, garlic and green chilles.
Once the kheema is cooked, add the ground spices.
Add salt and garam masala.
Cook again till the remaining water is evaporated.
:- Make sure the kheema is not too dry. Slight gravy makes it appealing. Honestly... i suggest that u have ur own measurements of the ingredients as u r the best judge to know what u like.
Add coriander leaves after it is done.
Cut a pav in between but try not to make it into 2 pieces.
Put it on a hot tava.
Add a slice of butter on top of the pav.
When the butter melts, turn the sides.
Do the same with the other pavs.
