Superb Kheema-Pav

Ingredients
  

  • 250 gm Mutton Kheema
  • 3 nos Onions medium
  • 3 nos Tomato medium
  • 15 gm Ginger
  • 20 gm Garlic
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds Jeerakam
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp Chilly powder
  • 4 nos Gree chillies
  • 1/2 tbsp Garam masala
  • Coriander leaves finely chopped
  • Salt As reqd
  • Pav(a bun like bread)
  • 20 gm Butter

Instructions
 

  • Put the kheema, onions, tomatoes, turmeric powder, chilly powder in a pressure cooker with little water and let it cook upto 4 - 5 whistles.
  • Grind together cumin seeds, ginger, garlic and green chilles.
  • Once the kheema is cooked, add the ground spices.
  • Add salt and garam masala.
  • Cook again till the remaining water is evaporated.
  • :- Make sure the kheema is not too dry. Slight gravy makes it appealing. Honestly... i suggest that u have ur own measurements of the ingredients as u r the best judge to know what u like.
  • Add coriander leaves after it is done.
  • Cut a pav in between but try not to make it into 2 pieces.
  • Put it on a hot tava.
  • Add a slice of butter on top of the pav.
  • When the butter melts, turn the sides.
  • Do the same with the other pavs.
