Easy Rava Dosa

Easy to make rava dosas

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Semolina Sooji rava
  • 3/4 cup Maida
  • 1 cup Rice
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • Salt As reqd
  • 1 tbsp Cumin seeds Jeerakam
  • Coriander leaves finely chopped
  • Green chillies finely chopped

Instructions
 

  • Soak rice for 3 hrs.
  • Grind it finely with enough water and salt.
  • Add maida and rava to it and make a mixture. Keep it over night.
  • Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
  • Splutter cumin seeds.
  • Add chopped coriander leaves and green chillies.
  • Add the above into the dosa batter and mix well.
  • Heat a non stick dosa pan.
  • Pour a spoonful of the batter and swirl the pan around to make crispy thin rava dosas.
