Water
Instructions
Clean ginger and slice it into small pieces.
Add water to the sliced ginger and bring it to boil.
Once it starts boiling, add sugar and bring the flame to sim for 20 mins.
Remove from the flame and allow it to cool.
Add citric acid to the cooled mixture.
Refrigerate.
