1234 Cake
Really simple cake for beginners
Ingredients
- 1 cup Oil or melted butter
- 2 cups Sugar
- 3 cups Allpurpose flour Maida
- 4 nos Eggs
- 1 cup Fruit juice
- 3 drops Pineapple essence
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- Cashewnuts A few
- Dates A few, Eenthapazham
Instructions
- Make a batter of all the ingredients.
- Add a few cashew nuts and dates.
- Grease a tin, pour in the batter and bake.
- :- This is a cake with a variety as you can substitute the juice and the pineapple essence with 1 cup milk and 3 drops of vanilla essence if you prefer a different taste the next time! And 1234 is the measure of the ingredients!(easy to remember!)
