Energy Lemonade

A quick lemon juice to kickstart the day and also good for your tummy

Ingredients
  

  • 2 nos Fresh juicy lemon
  • 1 small Ginger
  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  • Salt A pinch
  • 200 ml Water
  • 3 - Ice cubes optional

Instructions
 

  • Manually, take the juice from the lemons discarding the seeds.
  • Peel the skin off the ginger.
  • Put the lemon juice extract, ginger, salt and sugar in a mixer-juicer and run it for 2 mins.
  • :- If u want it chilled, put some ice cubes too.
  • Add water and run it for another 1 min.
  • Pour into long crystal glasses.
  • Garnish with lemon sections.
