Energy Lemonade
A quick lemon juice to kickstart the day and also good for your tummy

- 2 nos Fresh juicy lemon
- 1 small Ginger
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- Salt A pinch
- 200 ml Water
- 3 - Ice cubes optional
Manually, take the juice from the lemons discarding the seeds.
Peel the skin off the ginger.
Put the lemon juice extract, ginger, salt and sugar in a mixer-juicer and run it for 2 mins.
:- If u want it chilled, put some ice cubes too.
Add water and run it for another 1 min.
Pour into long crystal glasses.
Garnish with lemon sections.
