Ingredients
  

  • 100 gm Mutton with lots of bones
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 2 tsp Cumin powder Jeerakam
  • 1 tsp Pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp Corn flour
  • 4 nos Shallots finely chopped, Kunjulli
  • 8 cups Water
  • Salt As reqd
  • 2 tsp Oil

Instructions
 

  • For preparing the tasty and nutritious soup, first add turmeric powder and mutton to 8 cups of water in a pan.
  • Bring to boil on a low flame, until the water reduces to 4 cups.
  • Add cumin seeds powder, pepper powder & salt.
  • Cover and boil for 2 mins.
  • Mix corn flour with 1/4 cup of water and pour the mix into the soup.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Fry the shallots, until they turn golden brown.
  • Pour it into the soup.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves.
  • :- Serve Mutton Soup hot.
