Ayesha`s Chicken Fry

Easy to make chicken fry

Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg Chicken
  • 1 no Lemon
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Chilly powder
  • 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1 tsp Garam masala powder
  • 1 no Onion
  • 2 nos Tomato
  • Green chillies As reqd
  • Salt As reqd
  • Sugar A pinch
  • Food colour A pinch, Red
  • 3 tsp Curd
  • 4 tsp Oil
  • Coriander leaves for garnishing

Instructions
 

  • Clean the chicken well and cut it into medium pieces.
  • Marinate the chicken with all the above ingredients(except oil) for 2 hrs.
  • Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
  • Add all the ingredients and fry it on high flame for 5 mins.
  • Simmer it and let it cook for 30 mins.
  • Once the chicken is cooked well, switch off the flame.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves.
  • :- Serve with rice or roti.
