Russian Salad Easy
Salad with pork, potatoes and green peas

- 6 med Pork sausage baked
- 3 nos Potato boiled, medium
- 1 handful Green peas cooked
- 5 - Mayonnaise
- Salt A pinch
- 4 nos Eggs hard boiled
Cut the boiled potatoes, boiled eggs and pork sausage into small slices.
In a bowl, add some potato, green peas, pork slices, boiled egg and reqd mayonnaise.
Repeat the layers.
Add salt and using a table spoon, mix all the ingredients in the bowl as much as possible.
Allow it to fermant.
Mix it again and allow it to fermant.
Refrigerate it for an hour.
:- Serve chilled.
