For preparing Stuffed Capsicum, first wash all 5 capsicums.
Slice one thinly and keep aside.
Heat a little oil in a pan.
Add onions and saute, till golden brown.
Add the sliced capsicum and saute.
Add the garam masala and pepper and saute well, till the raw smell of the masala goes.
Add the tomato sauce and soya sauce to it.
Add mushrooms and paneer and saute well on a low flame.
Add salt.
Remove from fire.
Preheat the oven at around 175 degrees.
Carefully, slice the tops of the remaining 4 capsicums and remove the seed inside.
Stuff them with the paneer mushroom filling.
Carefully, replace the tops of the capsicum.
Bake Stuffed Capsicum Easy for 15 - 20 mins at 200 degrees and serve.
