Pineapple Souffle

A delicious dessert with pineapple

  • 1 small Sweet pineapple cut into very small peices
  • 1 cup Cream
  • 1 tbsp Gelatin
  • 6 - Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Water


  • Mix gelatin with 1/4 cup of warm water and stir, till the gelatin is dissolved.
  • Heat half cup of pineapple syrup and sugar.
  • When the sugar is dissolved, mix gelatin to it and take it off from the stove immediately.
  • Allow it to cool.
  • Keep it in the freezer.
  • When it is half set, beat it well and pour it in a serving bowl.
  • Add cream to it and beat it again for 2 - 3 mins, using a handmixer.
  • Add pineapple tit bits and mix well.
  • Keep in the freezer, until it sets.
  • :- You can also make mango souffle with the same recipe using mango slices and puree.
