Ingredients
  

  • Cabbage As reqd, shredded
  • French beans As reqd, cut
  • Carrot As reqd, cut
  • Green peas As reqd, cut
  • Capsicum As reqd, cut
  • Cauliflower As reqd, cut
  • 4 - Garlic pods finely chopped
  • 3 tsp Corn flour
  • 2 tsp Soya sauce
  • 2 tsp Chilly sauce
  • Pepper powder As reqd
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • Pressure cook all the vegetables along with garlic, salt and enough water, for about 7 - 10 mins.
  • Take a small bowl with a little water and add 3 tsp of cornflour into it and mix well.
  • :- This is to make the soup thick.
  • Pour the contents of the cooker into a big deep vessel.
  • Add the cornflour mixture according to the thickness required.
  • Add 2 tsp of soya sauce and chilly sauce to the mixture.
  • Bring the mixture to boil for sometime.
  • Add water, if required.
  • Remove from gas and sprinkle little pepper powder, while serving.
  • :- Serve hot.
