Malaysian Potato Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 kg Potato cut into small cubes
  • 6 nos Shallots finely chopped, Kunjulli
  • 2 nos Green chillies finely chopped
  • Ginger finely chopped
  • Salt As reqd
  • Oil for frying
  • Yoghurt/Curd As reqd
  • 1 tbsp Coriander leaves chopped

Instructions
 

  • Cook the potatoes along with salt for 3 - 5 mins.
  • Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
  • Deep fry the potatoes and keep aside.
  • Take a bowl and add shallots, green chillies, ginger, coriander leaves and the fried potatoes.
  • Add salt, if required and mix well.
  • Beat yoghurt well and add it to the above ingredients, just before serving.
  • :- Serve with any kind of variety rice, biryani or even with any Indian breads.
