Gram flour(Kadalapodi)
Oil for frying
Instructions
Clean the chicken and cut into small pieces.
Mix the pieces with ginger paste, garlic paste, salt, chilly powder and turmeric powder.
Keep aside for 1/2 an hour.
Add gram flour or besan to the marinated chicken pieces and mix well.
Heat oil in a wide pan or kadai.
Fry the chicken pieces, until they turn golden brown.
Add a little lemon juice for taste.
:- Serve hot as a snack or with rice.
