Simple Cake Pudding

Simple and yummy dessert with cake, ice cream and filling

Ingredients
  

  • 1 no Sponge cake or butter cake or any other cake
  • 1/2 cup Ice cream
  • 4 - Arrowroot buscuits

Instructions
 

  • Cut the cake into slices (thickness of a bread slice).
  • Microwave the cake slices for 1 min so that it becomes warm n spongy.
  • Microwave good quality ice cream for 1/2 a min.
  • Pour ice cream over the warm cake slices.
  • :- The ice cream will be completely absorbed by the cake.
  • Lay 1 soaked cake slice on a serving plate.
  • Place on top an arrowroot biscuit.
  • Place another soaked slice over this.
  • :- It will look like cake sandwich with arrowroot filling.
  • Refrigerate for 1 - 2 hrs.
  • :- Instead of arrowroot biscuits, you can fill with anything that is available like dates, other fruits, nuts, cornflakes etc.
