Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Cooked White Rice(Fresh)
  • 2 Cups Curd
  • Salt As reqd
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
  • 3/4 tsp Black gram Uzhunnu parippu
  • Curry leaves Few
  • 1 tsp Ginger Chopped
  • 1 tsp Green chillies Chopped
  • 1 no Red chilly Kollamulaku

Instructions
 

  • Mash the rice nicely.
  • Add salt to curd and beat it well.
  • Pour the curd to the mashed rice and mix well.
  • Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
  • Splutter mustard seeds followed by black gram, curry leaves and red chilly.
  • Add ginger and green chillies and stir for a few secs.
  • Pour the above into the rice and mix well.
  • :- The seasoning should not be very hot since there are chances to curdle.
