Ingredients
  

  • 2 nos Tomato 100 gm)(4 oz
  • 100 gm Cooked rice 4 oz
  • 50 gm Peas 2 oz, cooked
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • Salt As reqd
  • Pepper As reqd

Instructions
 

  • Peel off the skin and remove the seeds from tomatoes.
  • Cut them into half cm dice.
  • Mix them with rice and peas.
  • Add vinegar and check the seasoning.
  • Dress neatly in a ravier.
