Ingredients
  

  • 1 no Shaepa kelangu
  • 1 tsp Chilly powder
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Mustard seeds
  • 1 tsp Black gram Uzhunnuparippu
  • Oil for frying
  • Curry leaves A few

Instructions
 

  • Wash the kelangu well and cut it in to square pieces.
  • Wash it once again.
  • Boil them for 15 mins by adding little salt and water.
  • :- Or you can pressure cook upto 4 whistles.
  • Deep fry the cooked pieces in oil.
  • After frying, add turmeric, chilly powder and salt to taste.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Splutter mustard seeds and black gram.
  • Add curry leaves.
  • Add the fried pieces in it and mix well.
