Instructions
Wash the kelangu well and cut it in to square pieces.
Wash it once again.
Boil them for 15 mins by adding little salt and water.
:- Or you can pressure cook upto 4 whistles.
Deep fry the cooked pieces in oil.
After frying, add turmeric, chilly powder and salt to taste.
Heat oil in a pan.
Splutter mustard seeds and black gram.
Add curry leaves.
Add the fried pieces in it and mix well.
