Instructions
Grind together coconut, red chillies, ginger, shallots and salt along with 1 cup of water.
Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
Splutter mustard seeds.
Add broken red chillies and curry leaves and saute for a second.
Pour it over the chutney.
:- Serve with dosas or idlis.
:- For added taste, you can add chopped small onion, while seasoning.
