Ingredients
  

  • 250 gm Allpurpose flour Maida
  • 4 nos Eggs
  • 150 gm Sugar
  • 1 tsp Cake jeera
  • 1 tbsp Lime juice
  • 50 gm Butter
  • 1 tbsp Vegitable oil
  • 3 - Vanilla essence
  • 1 tbsp Baking powder

Instructions
 

  • Mix together maida and baking powder and keep aside.
  • Separate egg white and yolk.
  • Mix together the butter and powdered sugar.
  • Add the blended egg white into it.
  • Add egg yolk and vanilla essence into it.
  • Mix well with a blender.
  • Add oil and jeera into it.
  • Add the maida mixture and blend it, till the mix become fluffy.
  • Pour the mix into a cake tin.
  • Bake it for 35 mins in 350 Degree F.
