Baking powder
Instructions
Mix together maida and baking powder and keep aside.
Separate egg white and yolk.
Mix together the butter and powdered sugar.
Add the blended egg white into it.
Add egg yolk and vanilla essence into it.
Mix well with a blender.
Add oil and jeera into it.
Add the maida mixture and blend it, till the mix become fluffy.
Pour the mix into a cake tin.
Bake it for 35 mins in 350 Degree F.
