Instructions
Place pureed tomatoes, rasam powder, asafoetida, tamarind water, salt and plain water in a vessel.
Bring the above contents to a boil.
Add garlic, pepper corns and cumin seeds.
Boil again for 5 - 10 mins.
Heat ghee in a frying pan.
Splutter mustard seeds.
Add red chillies and curry leaves.
Pour this mixture into the boiled rasam.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
:- Serve hot.
