Left Over Chicken Cutlet

No need to waste yesterdays chicken fry

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Left over chicken deboned
  • 3/4 cup Potatoes boiled and mashed
  • 2 nos Bread slices
  • 1 tbsp Coriander leaves
  • 1 tsp Pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garam masala
  • 1 no Onion medium
  • 1 tsp Ginger
  • Salt As reqd
  • 1 no Egg
  • Bread crumbs As reqd
  • Oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • Remove the bones from the chicken either from the curry or dry chicken fry.
  • Add to it the bread slices and grind dry without adding any water.
  • :- It should be dry.
  • Boil potatoes and mash nicely.
  • Fry onion, till golden brown.
  • Add ginger, garam masala, pepper and mashed potatoes.
  • Add coriander leaves, salt and the ground chicken.
  • Switch off the flame.
  • Allow it to cool.
  • Make balls off the mixture.
  • Flatten them and keep aside.
  • Dip it in egg white and dust in breadcrumbs.
  • Fry, till golden colour in hot oil.
  • :- Serve with sauce or mint chutney.
