Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup All purpose flour Maida
  • 1/4 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1 no Egg
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Carrots grated
  • 1 cup Zucchini grated
  • 2 nos Green onions sliced
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Instructions
 

  • Mix together maida flour, baking powder, salt and pepper in a bowl.
  • In another bowl, whisk together the egg, milk, carrots, zucchini and onions.
  • Add this to the dry ingredients and stir, until combined.
  • Heat 1 tsp of oil in a nonstick pan, on a medium heat.
  • Pour the batter by tablespoons into the pan.
  • Make a few small pancakes at a time.
  • :- You can make upto 2 - 3 small pancakes(just like u make poories).
  • Cook for about 2 mins on each side, until golden brown.
  • Add the remaining oil to the pan as needed.
  • :- Serve Vegetable Pancakes with sour cream or any chutney.
  • :- This pancake is best for children who don`t like vegetables.
