Marinate chicken with ginger and garlic paste, salt, food colour for 1 hr.
:- You have an option to grill, if time is on hand, otherwise do not bother.
Fry onions, till pink.
Add cinnamon stick and keep on low flame.
Add all the powder masalas and fry.
Add little butter and keep the remaining for the last serving along with the cream.
Add the chicken pieces along with the tomato puree.
:- Please taste to check the salt.
:- Tomato should not make the dish sour. So be careful.
Once the chicken is cooked, pour in the cashewnut paste and stir for 5 mins.
Top this with the remaing butter.
Garnish with fresh cream drizzled on the top.
