Ingredients
  

  • 1 no Vanilla low fat yogurt 8 oz. container
  • 1 1/2 cups Ripe peaches, nectarines or other fruits peeled & sliced
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1/4 cup Wheat germ

Instructions
 

  • For preparing Sweet Summer Fruit Smoothie, place all the ingredients in a blender or food processor container.
  • Blend or process on high speed for about 1 minute or until smooth and frothy.
  • Pour smoothie into 2 glasses.
  • If desired, sprinkle with additional wheat germ.
