Fluffy Omlette

Fluffy Omelette is prepared by beating eggs to a fine whisk and spreading out like a pancake to be pan fried. Fluffy Omelette is unique and tasty with a fluffy yummy flavor and taste. The egg mixture is cooked on a skillet to a golden brown color. Take care that the skillet is not too much heated up before the mixture is poured in. Ingredients
  

  • 2 nos Eggs
  • 1 no Onion finely chopped
  • 1 no Green chillies finely chopped, Thai
  • Curry leaves finely chopped
  • Ginger finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 2 tbsp Fresh grated coconut
  • Oil As reqd
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing Fluffy Omelette, first take a medium sized bowl and knead onions with salt lightly, using your hands.
  • Make sure that the salt is slightly more to incorporate the salt into your eggs also.
  • Add curry leaves, green chillies, turmeric powder, ginger, grated coconut and beaten eggs.
  • Mix lightly and keep aside.
  • Heat oil on a medium-low heat, in a pan.
  • Pour the prepared omlette batter, cover the skillet and let it cook.
  • :- Use a spatula to turn the omlette.
  • Remove Fluffy Omelette from the pan, when lightly brown on both sides.
