Ingredients
  

For marinating:

  • 1 kg Hammour fish
  • 5 tsp Lemon juice
  • Salt As reqd

For salad:

  • 1 no Red capsicum Red pepper
  • 1/4 cup Celery stick chopped
  • 1/4 cup Dhill leaves chopped
  • 1/4 cup Spring onion chopped
  • 1/4 cup Lemon
  • 1/2 cup Olive oil
  • Salt As reqd
  • 1/4 cup Oil

Instructions
 

  • Mix together lemon juice and salt.
  • Marinate the fish with the above for 1 hour.
  • Heat 1/4 cup of oil in a frying pan.
  • Fry the marinated fish in it.
  • :- You can also grill the fish to avoid oil.
  • Cut it into small pieces by removing its` bones.
  • Boil red pepper in water.
  • Remove it`s skin and chop it very finely. Allow it to cool.
  • Add the other ingredients and mix well.
  • Add the above pieces of fish to this mixture and mix well.
  • :- This is a very healthy recipe, if you grill the fish instead of frying in oil.
