Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Carrots finely grated
  • 1/2 of Onion finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup Cabbage finely chopped
  • 1 no Green chilly cut in rounds
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 no Egg
  • 1/2 cup All purpose flour Maida
  • Salt As reqd
  • Oil For frying

Instructions
 

  • For preparing Veg Pancake, first break the egg into the milk and mix well.
  • Pour this mixture into the grated and chopped vegetables and mix well.
  • Add maida and salt and mix well again.
  • Heat oil in a non-stick pan.
  • Pour 1 spoonful of mixture onto the tava and cook.
  • Remove Veg Pancake from tava, when done.
