For preparing Yummy Egg Burji, first heat oil in a pan or kadai.
Add the whole chillies and the onions and fry, till the onions become glazy.
Remove from heat and let it cool.
After it has cooled, add salt and grind to a fine paste in the grinder for a few minutes.
:- Make sure the mixture is cool before grinding in the grinder. Otherwise, it could spoil the grinder.
Take the onion and chilly mixture from the grinder and keep aside.
:- This is a very yummy chutney by itself and you can serve with dosa or idli.
Take eggs and break into a bowl.
Add salt and pepper.
Add 2 tbsp of the above onion mixture and beat it well.
Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
Add the egg mixture and scramble it with a fork.
When done, remove from the flame.
:- Serve Yummy Egg Burji hot with chappathis.
