Pork Curry

South Kerala style pork curry

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lb Pork
  • 3 nos Onions finely chopped
  • 15 nos Dry red chillies Kollamulaku
  • 5 tsp Coconut oil
  • 5 nos Garlic pods
  • 3 tsp Soy sauce
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • Chop the pork into small pieces.
  • Mix it with soy sauce and salt and keep it for 30 mins.
  • Fry the onions, till they become brown in colour.
  • Pre-heat oven to 350 degree and keep the red chillies covered in aluminium foil for 10 mins.
  • Grind the red chillies, fried onions, and garlic to a fine paste.
  • Add the paste to the pork and mix well.
  • Pressure cook it upto 2 whistles.
  • Remove the lid and boil it for some more time, till the Pork Curry gravy is thick.
  • :- Pork Curry is ready.
  • :- Serve Pork Curry with rice or boiled tapioca.
  • :- Enjoy the Pork Curry.
