Chop the pork into small pieces.
Mix it with soy sauce and salt and keep it for 30 mins.
Fry the onions, till they become brown in colour.
Pre-heat oven to 350 degree and keep the red chillies covered in aluminium foil for 10 mins.
Grind the red chillies, fried onions, and garlic to a fine paste.
Add the paste to the pork and mix well.
Pressure cook it upto 2 whistles.
Remove the lid and boil it for some more time, till the Pork Curry gravy is thick.
:- Pork Curry is ready.
