Sweet Carrot

Carrot drink - very sweet & healthy

Ingredients
  

  • 4 pieces Carrots
  • 3 cups Milk
  • 10 nos Cashew nuts
  • 10 nos Raisins Onakka munthiri
  • Cardamom As reqd, Elakka
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 2 tsp Ghee

Instructions
 

  • Cook the carrots very well.
  • Grind them together with milk & sugar.
  • When it boils lightly, add cardamom.
  • Fry cashews and raisins in ghee and add that too to the carrots.
  • Allow it to cool.
  • Refrigerate it for 1 hour.
  • :- Serve chilled.
