Breaded Pepper Chicken

Ingredients
  

  • 5 nos Boneless chicken breasts
  • 4 tbsp Black soya sauce
  • 2 tbsp Ajinomotto Monosodium Glutamate
  • 1 - Salt
  • 4 tbsp Pepper coarsely ground
  • Chilli sauce A dash
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • Cut chicken into thin pieces of any shape you desire.
  • Marinate overnight with soya sauce, salt, ajinomotto, pepper and chilli sauce.
  • Roll in breadcrumbs and fry, till golden brown.
