Basmati rice
soaked for 15 mins and drained

Green peas
soaked or fresh frozen
1/4

Cumin seeds
Jeerakam

Ghee

tsp
Olive oil

Water

Salt
Coriander leaves(finely chopped) for garnishing
Instructions
Heat oil and ghee together in a pressure pan.
Add cumin seeds and fry it for 2 mins.
Add basmati rice and fry it for 3 mins.
Add water.
Add peas and salt.
Bring the water to a boil.
Cover the pan and put the weight and cook for one whistle.
:- Do not open, until all the steam is gone.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
:- Serve with any gravy.
