Ingredients
  

  • 6 nos Bread slices
  • Ghee As reqd
  • 3 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tbsp Chilly powder
  • Turmeric powder
  • Salt As reqd
  • 1 no Onion cut into small pieces
  • 1 no Tomato cut into small pieces
  • Coriander leaves A few, chopped
  • 8 - Cashew nuts
  • 1 no Egg optional

Instructions
 

  • Cut the bread slices into small pieces.
  • Fry it in ghee and keep it aside.
  • Fry the cashews in ghee.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add the onion and tomatoes and fry it.
  • Add chilly powder, turmeric powder and salt.
  • Add the bread slices and fry for 10 minutes.
  • Garnish with cashews and coriander leaves.
