Allpurpose flour
Maida
Baking Soda
A pinch
Instructions
Mash dalda without any lumps until it turns white.
Add sugar and cardamom powder and mix well.
Seive maida with baking soda.
Add maida little by little to the dalda and make a smooth dough.
Divide into lemon size balls.
Bake in a pre heated oven at 180 for 45 minutes.
