Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Dalda/Butter
  • 1 cup Powdered sugar
  • 5 nos Cardamom powder Elakka
  • 2 cups Allpurpose flour Maida
  • Baking Soda A pinch

Instructions
 

  • Mash dalda without any lumps until it turns white.
  • Add sugar and cardamom powder and mix well.
  • Seive maida with baking soda.
  • Add maida little by little to the dalda and make a smooth dough.
  • Divide into lemon size balls.
  • Bake in a pre heated oven at 180 for 45 minutes.
