Kappa Pakoda

Crispy pakodas made with Tapioca or Kappa

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 kg Tapioca Kappa
  • 4 nos Green Chillies chopped
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 no Onion big
  • 1/2 cup Rice Flour Ari podi
  • 1/2 tbsp Chilly Powder
  • 4 sprigs Curry Leaves chopped
  • Salt As reqd
  • Oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • Peel and grate the tapioca.
  • Add all the ingredients except the oil.
  • Mix them together till blended.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Take a little batter in your hands and sprinkle it with your fingers like pakodas into the hot oil and fry till crisp.
  • Remove to a strainer and drain the oil.
  • Allow it to cool.
  • :- Store them in an airtight container.
