For preparing Fish Rolls, first clean the fish. You need not cut the fish into pieces.
Boil half a glass of water with turmeric powder, pepper powder, salt and lemon juice.
Add the fish and cover the vessel. Cook in low flame for 15 to 20 minutes (both sides).
Chop an onion, green chilly, curry leaves and ginger.
:- Do not cook this.
Add a spoon of lemon juice and salt and mix well.
Boil potato with salt and peel. Mash the boiled potato.
Take out the flesh of the fish and mix all the ingredients: fish, onion, green chilly, curry leaves, ginger and potato together.
Make thick rolls of finger length.
Dip in egg white and roll them in bread crumbs.
Fry Fish Rolls in hot oil till they become golden brown in colour.
Enjoy Fish Rolls with ketchup.
